The forum weddings  will be sharing what we believe are the key elements of any wedding that newly engaged couples may not know.

Start planning early! You’ve got a Summer wedding in mind as the ideal wedding date, but don’t think that means you have all the time in the world before you need to begin planning! The earlier you start, the easier, and less stressful it will be as your day approaches. Having a clear plan before you start will help you keep on top of everything and be sure that you don’t forget something important.

Sorting the guest list early is a vital part of your wedding planning as these are the people who will be sharing your big day with you. Once you have a clear idea you can focus on finding the perfect venue that will cater for your chosen number of guests. Costs per head will most likely be your biggest expense, so don’t be guilt–tripped into inviting people you don’t want to come. It’s the most difficult decision in the whole planning process, but it has to be yours and your partner’s decision only.

Finding and booking the ideal venue for your wedding is vital. We believe that when you enter, you have to completely love the space you’re in and know that this is it. This is where you want to get married!

Skipping ahead to finding the right menu. One of the biggest talking points at any wedding or event for that matter is the food and nobody want to be left with disappointed or hungry guests. We certainly don’t. Part of our wedding package is a menu tasting. You are able to meet with the forum wedding coordinator & chef before your big day to discuss your perfect menu.

Finishing off with some memories. Now that your wedding is over, you want to relive your memories and your wedding album is the way you do that. We advise you don’t underestimate the importance of a good photographer. Research and get to know your photographer beforehand so they have a clear understanding of what you want.
