½ Cup Chopped Bacon
2 x Chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
Fresh Cream / Sour cream
1/3 cup of milk
Cook your pasta, must be tender but not over cooked. Make sure you rinse it thoroughly so it doesn’t stick.Heat your oil in a pan.Add chopped bacon and fry till crispy Extract bacon and put on o paper towel to get rid of the excess oil. Add chopped onion and garlic to the grease in the pan, season with a bit of salt and pepper, add chopped chicken breasts, add chicken stock and cook till chicken is nice and brown. Add the bacon, barbeque sauce and your cream to the chicken, mix well together.
Add the milk to the Pasta and put on heat for 5-10 min minutes to make the pasta a bit creamy.Layer the pasta into a casserole pan, smear a tomato sauce on top of it, add your chicken and bacon mix then add the second layer of pasta and repeat the first process. Add sour cream, cheese as the top layer and garnish with parsley.
Pre- heat your oven at 180 degree.Place your casserole pan in the oven for 30 minutes.
